Waterloo Dark is where the story of our mysterious boar’s head begins…
‘Pour the Boar’ has been heard more than a few times, from the brewery floor to local pubs over the years, and it appeared on our original bottles back when we first started brewing our award-winning Dark Lager. Over centuries, the wild boar has symbolized strength and courage. Beginning with our very first batch of Waterloo Dark in 1984, the words
‘Pour the Boar’ have inspired our brewmaster with the courage to craft wildly interesting beer, without the compromise of haste, inferior ingredients or passing trends. It’s homegrown, handcrafted and brewed in small batches to the exacting standards of our friends and neighbours.

Dark
IBU 14 | ALC/VOL 5%
Since 1984, our award-winning dark lager has embodied everything we stand for as Ontario’s first craft brewer. Created under our principles of quality and craftsmanship, this light-tasting dark lager delivers flavours of roasted malt with smooth cocoa notes.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast
IPA
IBU 32 | ALC/VOL 5.2%
Our crisp and clean Canadian IPA is medium-coloured and slightly hoppy. Its citrus hops and caramel maltiness make this a distinctly drinkable IPA, delivering the substantial body you expect without going over the top.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast
AMBER
IBU 22 | ALC/VOL 6.8%
Our full-bodied Amber is slow-aged with Northern White Oak, bringing out the rich flavours of cluster and Hallertau hops, roasted rye malt and a special distiller's malt. Slightly woody and surprisingly drinkable, our Amber proves that crafting strong beer is an art form worth the effort – and the wait.

Our Radlers
GRAPEFRUIT
ALC/VOL 2.5%
Our Grapefruit Radler blends real grapefruit juice and our Craft Lager for crisp refreshment with an ever-so-slightly bitter finish. Hallertau hops and traditional small-batch brewing combine to make this the perfect decision on a hot day.
Ingredients: Beer (barley), Carbonated water, Sugars (white grape juice concentrate, cane sugar, grapefruit juice concentrate), Citric acid, Natural flavour.
Pineapple
ALC/VOL 2.5%
What do you get when you infuse a perfectly balanced lager with real juice from fresh pineapples? A deliciously tropical take on our refreshing Radler! Sweet, refreshing with lots of juicy pineapple flavour and finishes with just a hint of coconut.
Ingredients: Carbonated water, Beer (barley), Sugars (apple juice concentrate, cane sugar, pineapple juice concentrate), Citric acid, Natural flavour.
mango passionfruit
ALC/VOL 2.5%
A tropical symphony in a can. With a refreshing light malt character and just a whisper of subtle hop bitterness, each sip is a perfectly balanced escape to sun-soaked paradise. Made with a blend of a crisp lager beer and real fruit juice, creating a refreshing experience that’s both sweet and tart.

Tart cherry
